Discreetly integrated
The image shows our latest integrated hood, Diskret Sense, with the stove guard discreetly integrated into the kitchen hood instead of being mounted on the wall behind the cooking zone.
The Sense Integrated stove guard is located at the front of the underside of the kitchen hood, ensuring that the sensors avoid blind spots. Because the stove guard is connected directly to a power source, you don’t have to worry about changing batteries or other maintenance of the device.
This way you can enjoy cooking and rest assured that the stove guard is watching over you.

Sense stove guard is connected to the mains, which means you don’t have to change batteries. This provides more stable operation and no maintenance costs.
The motion sensor in the sensor panel detects whether you are present and looking after the hob or not. If the alarm is activated and there is no response, the stove guard will cut off the power to the hob to avoid overheating and the risk of fire.
The stove guard consists of 4 sensors that can, among other things, provide less disturbing “false” alarms. These sensors measure temperature, movement, time and have a sensor that communicates between the hob and the stove guard.
All cooker hoods with these symbols are supplied with Sense technology integrated, and have the option of Sense Integrated Stove Guard.

Do you have a Sense cooker hood without a stove guard?
Then you can easily add this later. The technology for the stove guard is already in the sensor panel, but must be connected to a PCU unit for it to work. The connection is made by an electrician.
