Installation package 2 contains 2 meters of fire-approved, flexible hose Ø160 mm and 2 hose clamps.
Description
The size, length and number of bends/knees on the exhaust duct are crucial to how much you get out of the fan motor capacity. Use ducts that offer the least possible resistance and are as smooth as possible on the inside. Try as much as possible to avoid bends/knees on the way out to the open air.

The supplied hose clamps are recommended, but if you want to be sure that the joint between the extractor/kitchen hood outlet and the flexible hose opening is tight, we recommend a couple of rounds of duct tape around the joint.
By using a hose with a diameter of 6″ (inches) = 160 mm, you will make better use of the capacity. When it is very windy outside, you may experience that the damper in the ventilator rattles and makes noise.
By using a magnetic non-return damper, there is no noise, and you also prevent cold air from entering the home.
All of our kitchen hoods and extractor hoods with a 150 mm outlet dimension can use this flexible pipe. If the dimension is smaller than 125 mm, an adapter must be purchased. An adapter 125 mm to 160 mm is included with our kitchen hoods.
