OBOS x HTH Project
Together with the HTH Project Department, we have delivered our unique Slide Sense SAFE as standard in 61 beautiful homes that are adapted for the elderly. As standard, Slide Sense is painted in the same gray color as HTH’s kitchen. We have participated in the process from tender to implementation together with HTH and Totalentrepreneur. With integrated stove guard as standard and automatic ventilation, our products ensure an easier and safer everyday life for the elderly.

OBOS Block Watne
As one of Norway’s largest home builders, OBOS Block Watne always has high quality in all new homes – both in terms of design, comfort and, not least, air quality. In its work to ensure a high standard of kitchen ventilation, OBOS Block Watne looked for solutions that could give home buyers a modern and safer everyday life for ventilation in the kitchen.
It was during this process that OBOS Block Watne entered into dialogue with RørosHetta. Together, we investigated how the RørosHetta Sense technology in the kitchen hood could interact with OBOS Block Watne’s requirements for quality and operational reliability – and interaction with the home’s other ventilation system.
Today, a number of new OBOS Block Watne homes are being delivered with integrated Sense technology from RørosHetta. The sensors in the system ensure that the kitchen ventilation is automatically regulated in line with the activity in the kitchen and the home’s other ventilation system. For homeowners, this means better air quality without them having to lift a finger – and increased security thanks to the built-in stove guard.
For OBOS Block Watne, the collaboration has been about providing homebuyers with a product that is noticeable through simple everyday use, and the result is a solution that meets both technical requirements and expectations from today’s homebuyers.

OBOS Living Lab
In OBOS Living Lab, we explore the homes of the future based on the most important thing: Those who will live here.
The goal of OBOS Living Lab is to find out what makes a home good for you as a resident. What do you expect from your home, how would you like it to be, and what gives you increased value? These are some of the questions that are investigated in OBOS Living Lab.
Together, we will test and learn what works in reality, develop ideas together, and find out how the homes of the future can be even better and more sustainable. We believe that the homes of the future are full of opportunities that can give us increased quality of life and make living more sustainable. In OBOS Living Lab, curiosity and experience will be combined, and this will result in many different answers to how people can live in the future.
RørosHetta is a proud partner and has supplied kitchen hoods to many of the apartments.
In other words, here we test new technology and new ways to furnish homes, in order to develop the homes of the future.

Selvaag Bolig – Lade Allé 65, Trondheim
Selvaag Bolig manages the entire value chain from the purchase of land to the sale of turnkey homes, and places high demands on its subcontractors.
At Lade Alle 65 we have chosen Røros Hetta, Orion with integrated stove guard as standard in the delivery. We have made the choice based on good advice, and a desire to deliver products that have optimal function and contemporary design. There are 97 apartments at Lade Alle 65.
Stove guard is mandatory in all new homes and apartments in Norway. Our stove guard is beautifully integrated in the kitchen hood. It communicates wirelessly with the power supply for the hob/stove and cuts the supply if there is a risk of fire.

J.B. Ugland Eiendomsutvikling – Kanalbyen Kristiansand
For several years now, RørosHetta has been a preferred supplier when it comes to kitchen hoods for our apartment projects. This is based on design and exclusivity, advice in the early phase, quality of kitchen hoods/stove guards, as well as good follow-up during project implementation.
To Kanalbyen Kristiansand, RørosHetta has delivered 212 kitchen hoods of the Orion type with integrated stove guards.
The integrated stove guard communicates wirelessly with the power supply for the hob/stove and cuts the supply if there is a risk of fire.

StorOsloEiendom – Munch Brygge
RørosHetta has delivered cooker hoods to StorOsloEiendom’s project Munch Brygge in Oslo.
We delivered 3 different cooker hoods to 156 apartments in the project:
– 602 slimline with integrated cooker guard
– Mantica with integrated cooker guard
– Luna with integrated cooker guard
The integrated cooker guard communicates wirelessly with the power supply for the hob/stove and cuts off the supply if there is a risk of fire.

Studentsamskipnaden i Oslo – Kringsjå Studentby
RørosHetta has, in collaboration with the Student Union in Oslo, developed a product with a special version of the extractor hood with integrated stove guard for Kringsjå Studentby.
The integrated stove guard not only takes into account the hob, but also prevents fire calls in the event of an oven accident. This will make everyone’s study time and life safer.
We have delivered 500 extractor hoods with integrated stove guard to the apartments at Kringsjå Studentby.

J.B.Ugland Entreprenør AS has over the past 4-5 years become a significant player in the development and implementation of apartment projects in Southern Norway.
Røros Metall AS has for several years now been a preferred supplier when it comes to kitchen hoods for our apartment projects. This is based on design and exclusivity, advice in the early phase, quality of kitchen hoods/stove guards, as well as good follow-up in the project implementation.
